No Administration Fees are charged due to Tenant Fee Ban 2019

Tenancy Administration Fees

There are two type of fees will be applied towards total rent, Tenant Administration Fee and Referencing Fee that are specified below:

Tenant Administration Fees £0+VAT

Administration fee includes processing application and associated paperwork as well as drawing up tenancy agreement

Referencing Fee £0+VAT
(per person)

Referencing check on each applicant to confirm the identity, immigration and visa status, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any relevant information to assess affordability

Fees at the end of the tenancy

Tenancy Renewal Fee £0+VAT

If tenant wishes to renew the contract after initial fixed term, renewal fee will be applied and it include administration work, negotiating new rental terms with a landlord and drawing up new tenancy agreement

Change of Occupancy Fee £0+VAT

Administration fee includes processing application and associated paperwork as well as drawing up tenancy agreement

Check-Out Fee
(Not Applicable to Tenants Due to Tenant Fee Ban 2019)

On a checkout day, inventory clerk visits the property to inspect and produce photo evidence of check out condition of the property. Detailed report is being produced and compared against the inventory check in report. If tenant finds any discrepancies in the report, tenant should address them within 10 days of receiving the report.

Professional end of the tenancy cleaning fee

NOTE: Only to be charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy
